A very good afternoon to all of you.
This Seaside Pocket Park project will provide basic functions and facilities for the public. There will be :
- 9,000 square meter of green park (2acres)
- A boardwalk
- An open concrete stage
The design vision of Seaside Pocket Park is to create an urban coastal park to promote sustainable development and establish community accessibility to nature.
The 2 acres Seaside Pocket Park will cost the state government RM500,000. This project will be managed by Chief Minister of Penang Incorporated (CMI) and BETA Architect has been appointed as the consultant of the project to prepare the conceptual plans and design.
The Seaside Pocket Park is expected to undergo a 16-weeks construction period and is targeted to complete in December 2018.
