Good evening to all of you.

We have finally come to the conclusion of the Inspiring Future Leaders Conference and I am certainly pleased to note that all participants and the distinguished speakers had a fruitful day here in G Hotel.

Leadership like experience, comes with age and with the ability to face challenges without giving in to stress or mental strain easily. The ultimate test of any challenge or unfavourable situation is for a leader to effectively assess the overall scenario with an insight into the possible solutions and their repercussions. Given the right “ingredients” for one to mature in terms of his or her leadership skills, aspiring leaders will not only be inspired but will achieve greatness in whatever they do. This is one process an aspiring leader has to go through and for one to undergo this process successfully, he or she will have the hallmark of a great leader.

I applaud the distinguished speakers of the Inspiring Future Leaders Conference for your willingness to share your knowledge and experiences as well as to inspire our future leaders. I am confident that the objectives of the conference are met as the participants gained invaluable exposure to the lessons on the soft skills, latest knowledge and life experiences you who are successful in your respective areas which is critical to inspire our participants in achieving their goals.

Being magnanimous to share the secrets of your success best explains how you achieved your esteemed station in life and that’s why you speak at today’s conference while the participants listened attentively.

Once again, I wish to congratulate the Penang Women Chamber of Commerce (PWCC) for having both the insight and foresight in organising the Inspiring Future Leaders Conference.

 

The success of the conference which attracted 400 people not to mention the prominent speakers from Penang as well as from overseas, each with their most impressive CV and achievements, exemplifies the capabilities of the women of substance in PWCC.

I wish the PWCC rank and file greater success in your future events and an economic climate in the state of Penang made livelier with an increase in its potential through your presence.
